Have you ever wondered why your feet are killing you at the end of a long day? If you glance down at your feet, you will probably see a really cute pair of high heels. If you are a high heel wearer, like many women are, you might want to consider the damage that you are doing to your feet as well as other parts of your body and ways you can lessen the problems that come with wearing high heels.

Feet will often times swell by the end of the day when wearing high heels. This is due to many factors including pressure, strain and blood flow problems surrounding the foot and ankle area. The only way to remedy this situation is to get out of the high heels that are causing the problem- at least temporarily.

By no means are we suggesting that you give up on wearing all those amazing heels in your shoe collection! It is a good idea, however, to give your feet a break at different times of the day. Think about it, your body requires food in order to keep going; this is why we have lunch in between breakfast and dinner while working our shift. Now, relate that same concept to your feet. Your feet need a break too!

During the day when you are wearing heels, they are under continuous pressure that is unnatural to their purpose and design. This is where alternatives such as rollable shoes come in. Rollable shoes allow you to give your feet a break by simply slipping into them when your feet hurt or scheduled times of the day. If you work behind a desk for most of the day, rollable shoes are a very easy and quick fix to your problems. The great thing about roll up shoes is the fact that they can be stored anywhere. Store them in your desk drawer, purse or any other place that is convenient to you.

By the same token, if you commute a lot during the day, you will be able to slip on your rollable shoes when walking to a location, sitting on a bus and many other situations. Roll up shoes can also be worn after work on your way home. Slipping into a pair of rollable shoes about three times a day can significantly reduce how much pain you are experiencing in your feet, ankle, knee and back.

If able, substitute your high heels for rollable shoes one or two times a week. You can also choose to wear other dress flats a couple of times a week instead too. No matter which option you choose, rollable shoes are readily available whenever you need them and especially come in handy in a pinch and those situations you find yourself in when you least expect it. Roll up shoes come in a variety of colors, styles and have a slip resistant bottom. There is no doubt that roll up shoes are the best convenient shoe on the market.
